...pretty regularly 3-6 days a week since jan. (it's now july).....and i'm still challenged by the same routine...i don't understand this...although some days are easier than others...some are just really tough...
anybody have any clues as to why? o.k...for background, the last several years i've mostly off exersize than on....and i'm 38.

you exercise 3-6 times a week which is okay but make sure your body has enough rest betwwen you exercise it usally takes the body 48 hours to recover from any exercise so if are exercise each day your body is unable to recover to its maxium.when you started to exercise in january if you where doing this 3-6 times a week exercise your body not use to it so you should start off slowly and gradually build it up
