each training should consist at least of some cardio workout. You can work on your entire body each training or you can go through muscle groups. if you are a total beginner, i suggest 3x training days per week, and then gradually continue to 5-6 times a week.

There is a huge selection of videos on our channel. Be my guest and take sth from that selection.

This specific article targets women, but can be applicable for men, but I would suggest using heavier weights and adding few exercises to the original plan, especially if you aren't a beginner.
