similar to me man, although i am 20 in 3 weeks time and have also smoked weed for over 5 years.

i am also finding it very hard to give up. (smoke half a gram a night in bongs)

i would firstly suggest something that keeps you less focused on weed and more on the task in hand.

For example, running, gym, games console, any exercise in general, sports, movies with friends etc.

Also apart from a hobby or activity to do to challenge your brain, i would also suggest eating a balanced and healthy diet.

If after 2 months you still have the same withdrawal symptoms or the situation just gets worse then you need to see your doctor.
