I'm 14 and I've never had sex but I look pregnant. My back has been hurting a lot sometimes after meals I vomit. Light headed sick to my stomach all the time. Sometimes myt stomach is hard and sometimes its is squishy. Ive been bloated for at least 1 month now. I don't know what's going on please help.
