I was put on Yaz 8 weeks after having my son. While on Yaz, I was incredibly emotional and would cry for no reason, and would snap at my boyfriend and just leave the apartment for something minor such as "cold food." It was RIDICULOUS. I also began noticing weight gain everywhere; arms, shoulders, hips, thighs, stomach, waist. I stopped Yaz and have been off it for 2 weeks. I feel a lot happier, but I have terrible depression with my weight.
After stopping Yaz, the weight gain continued! With a kid, it is hard to exercise often, but even when I exercise, and eat healthy choices the weight just piles up. My boyfriend says I look fine, but I know that what used to be hard muscle is now turning into loose flab. I can't fit into 90% of my new clothes! My stomach just wants to always be bloated, and my hips just keep getting more fat to them, which give me love handles.
How can this stop?! I'm going absolutely crazy, switching outfits 4+ times a day just to feel comfortable in my body.
At 6 weeks after giving birth I weighed 122lbs and fit in a size 4/6. I fit into my clothes prior to the pregnancy, and you could see my hip bones, and a small baby bulge.
Now, 10 weeks after giving birth, I weigh 132 and fit in a size 7/9. My shirts don't even fit right, because of my freaking love handles. I look like a skinny yet very "rolly polly" girl. :-(
Detox diets? Any experience with those?
Easy exercises for working moms?
Food to AVOID at all costs?
Thank you!
