Hi,
This is my first time on this forum, I hope I follow the rules correctly.
My question and concern is the drastic difference in the shape of my face throughout the year. I know it has to do with how I eat and what, along with proper excersise, however; I cant quite figure out what im doing wrong or what im doing right to get my preffered look (full faced with a square jaw).
The problome is, if i eat alot, my face stays thin but with a menising little dubble chin; if i eat little, i still have a thin face with no dubble chin, but some months my face is full with squar jaw and no dubble chinn. What foods do I eat that have the right fat to store in the right places on my face?
Please, let me know how to keep my preffered fullness without extra fat year round. Im open to discuss what ive noticed so far regarding this issue.
Very much apriciated
Nate

hi nate, various different factors can cause your face shape to alter, ranging from age, diet and hormone levels, to stress, fatigue and illness.
subcutaneous fat pads out the structure of the face, and this obviously can be affected by diet, however there is no evidence to suggest that certain fat groups from foods travel to a particular area. instead it may be worthwhile focussing on some facial exercises in order to build up the muscle definition where you want it so that even though the fat levels may vary, the underlying structure will still be firm and defined. hope this helps.
