I have a golf ball size knot on my right cheek bone. It hurts as if I got hit in the face with a baseball. It hurts up into my head, my temple, my ear and behind my ear, and down into my jaw and chin. It's starting to really scare me. Its very warm to the touch. What could this be?

But a "golf ball" sized nodule is pretty rare.
