So lately I've been really bloated, peeing frequently, and having awful lower back pain. I have a history of getting kidney infections however, i also have gained 4 pounds in less than a week. My bf and I had sex the day after my BC was due which was 2 weeks ago. We wore protection. I'm always napping and seem to continuously gain weight.... Is it a kidney infection or am I showing early signs of pregnancy
