hi i m 35 years singe guy i am virgin but musterbathe regularly one day i found my epidydimis got knot just over the left testicle i started taking folic acid 5 mg tablets regularly thrice a day some of the lumps vanished and i felt sensation in my scortum but one knot is still there and i got erection problem and rarely my left testicles pulled up into the scortum and vanished and sometimes my penis fold back into the skin/shrinks into the hole from where it is coming out . now a days its normal but knot is still there.
