i want to know about the list of vitamins we need daily.i go to gym every day and take enough food as said my gym instructor.but i don't know about lacks of vitamins on my body.some times i feel week .is that any reson of lacks of vitamins???

To name all the nutrients you need would take all day. Just take a good multivitamin (FROM A HEALTH STORE) and you should be fine. People that are more active use more nutrients (like B vitamins for example) so that will be very important for you.
