I'm 43, and noticed left testical about 5 times larger, I have no hernia when checked by coughing. I just had ultrascan and waiting on results. doctor on vacation. what I notice people leave out is what type of work do they do. I think mine is work related, it occurred about 4months ago. this is when my work load skyrocketed and they refused to hire any help yet. I have to push, pull, and stear steal rack that weigh 400 lbs. I even discovered where the nice new racks that are 2 and 3 years old, they wheels are overtorqued, so I loosened some of them, and they roll perfect. these racks are 6ft high, 6 ft deep, 3feet wide. therefore, can this be caused by extreme heavyblifting, pushing, pulling? I wish people would also post follow up results as to what they found out that they have wrong with their case.
