late period and clear( like water)discharge when period supposed to be due and now light spotting

first off thanks for helping me ive previously had one child and im not sure if im pregnant again so here is a little info

im 22 and im usually normal with my periods and this month im late by a week and a half now and i had took two test and both negitive and i seen my dr and they said if my period does come in two weeks to go back and see them. so for about a week now when my period was supposed to start i started having some really clear no smell discharge kinda like water almost and just tonight as i used the bath room when i wiped i had light red blood almost red but not pink blood and im not sure if its my period or if its spotting

im not on birth control and i did have unprotected sex with my husband

any help would be great thanks

hi it could be the onset of a period about to start id wait another week and if still nothing do another pregnancy test and if that comes back negative go to the docs and demand they do a blood test, hope this helps.
