Leaking while pregnant..

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant. My problem is I leak. Like I use the bathroom and I wipe and Im good to go..Then I pull up my pants and I don't even have to walk, but like right as soon as I pull my pants up my panties get all wet like I just peed on myself. This happens everywhere I go. At school when it happens I try to leave my legs closed as much as possible cause if I don't change right away it has this odor. It also happens even if I don't use the bathroom. I missed my dr. appt. so I have to make a new one but I'll ask when I go. Anyone else know what this is or what it could be? She seems alright in there because she has been kicking like nonstop..She's very active in there..but also it seems and feels like she moved down really low..Like she wants to come out...
