I am 58. Four years ago I was involved in an auto accident and had to take surgery on my right shoulder. Six months after that I thought I was going to die. I became completely drained out and very weak. I had tremours, vertigo, memory problems, absent mindedness, confusion and

So I use hgh and testosterone cream two times a week which helps and some herbal remedies which also helps. I have premature ejaculation with penis to vagina sex so I use a dildo to bring my wife of 34 years to orgasm which I think she is entitled to every time we have sex which is three or four times a week.
