Hey guys, Happy to be a member of the site, first of all. I have a problem that i'm finding very hard to be patient about. I've recently had some urinary issues over the past year that included some minor burning, difficulty urinating, itching, stinging and just a general sensitivity in the glands of my penis. I've had phimosis forever, never retracted beyond the foreskin and has always been very tight. In the past couple of years i've suffered some pretty bad depression and as a result, my hygiene was poor. I've definitely not been cleaning anywhere near as I should until recently. I've found two bumps on my glands around 0.7 - 1cm in size. They do hurt when messed with but not all the time, they kinda hurt like they're part of the penis only they're clearly extra pieces that are attached. Unfortunately and much to my frustration, I can't remove the glands to check the colour, amount of inflammation etc. I have had discharge that smells but nothing especially colourful or really weird besides one piece of orange stuff, I can only assume was smegma, maybe a year ago. So my main question is, can I be especially demanding about a circumcision ASAP due to the more likely (in my case, having long term phimosis and inflammation) chances of cancer? I'm really worried that I may be racing against the clock to get this seen to properly and it's impossible to do so without removing the skin. I'm having a tough time staying patient on this one and your advice is REALLY appreciated, Thanks guys. Josh.
