I'm 17 and have been on Microgynon30 for almost a year but took a break from it as i was going into hospital for major surgery, when i went back onto the pill my periods were very light and started off with spotting then only about 1 day of light bleeding. This has been going on for 6months and pregnancy tests have said negative. Whats going on?
It's probably your body just getting used to the pills again.
If you are taking other medication to recover from the surgery, that could explain weird symptoms, the mixing of the two.
