light pink vaginal bleed ten days after period finished

hey i need some advice.
my partner an di are trying for a baby. i finished my period ten days ago and i am now experiencing a light pink bleed. could this mean i could be pregnant. is this what an implantation bleed is?

any advice is welcome.
