I had oral sex last week and the day after had oral sex with another person and only recently I've noticed little red dots on the head of my penis, it isn't irritating and doesn't hurt when I go toilet, in between that time I was so busy and didn't have time to even bath/shower and had been jerking a lot around that time, is this anything serious?
