Long term side effects of rhabdomyolysis

Rhabdomyolysis is the breakdown of muscle fibers. As they break down matter gets into the blood stream. It could lead to kidney failure.
Other symptoms include: muscle pain, dark urine, a lack of energy, even nausea.
Are there any long term effects of rhabdomyolysis? Polymyalgia?
