some plyometric drills. since i'll be leading my club in the plyo's again and wanting to spice things up i was hoping you fine outstanding folks had some new ones for me.
Some of the ones I do:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Skipping
Backwards running
Quick Feet

Chicken walk: Bring the knee up, extedn your leg, plant on the ball of your foot.

Chicken skip: Same as walk but while skipping

Karoke (sp?): the running sidways thing.

I have a few more. I just have to think of how to describe them.
