What is the most weight you can lose in 2 weeks in a healthy and responsible manner, and without taking and diet pills, fat burning pills, weight loss supplements or whatever word you happen to want to use for that? I really have no desire to starve myself because that will not work for me, and cause long term problems for anyone, amongst other things just gaining the weight again. With that in mind, what do you think is a good amount of weight to lose?

Well it depends if you are like me and excersize without a result it may be depend on your weight if you are say 134 or higher try joining a partner gym where your less likely to feel uncomfortable because everyone's doing the same thing or play music and run or something because it passes the time away and try eating healthier maybe when you excersize you also associate excersize with more eating cause your hungry or you could just be thirsty and avoid looking at magazines with only skinny people it makes you look down and think your not getting results I ope this helps I am very understanding of your problem
