I used to be a size 6, and now some weight has crept up on me and I had to start buying size 8 clothes. I know that I am not technically overweight, but I want my old body back. Are there any other ladies trying to loser a dress size? What are you doing? Diet? Exercise? A combination? How much time are you spending on losing weight, as I have a very busy job?
