So I'm a high school student and I want to start the year off right. And I was wondering how I should start my day. What time should I get up (and go to bed). I have to catch the bus by 7:15. Also, should I do yoga or exercise in the mornings? Also, what's a healthy breakfast? I want to stop eating bagels, hot pockets, etc. Thanks in advanced!

Hi I would try getting up at 5:45 AM it might sound hard but it gives you more time even 5:30 AM if you can get into a routine. A healthy breakfast is food like a banana muesli low fat yogurt any other fruits you like or you could go for a couple of pieces of healthy grainy breads for toast with peanut butter and mashed banana on top go for the reduced salt and sugar peanut butter :)
