Are there any differences in male and female weight loss? Because the diet that I started after my female co-worker recommended it to me (we have been dieting together) is not working for me at all. She has lost considerable weight already, and I, after two weeks, still weight the same I did before. How do I lose my man belly?

Don't you just love all the science that women put in to diets? For me, mate, it is loud and clear. If you eat less, you will lose weight. Or, if you want to put that into weight loss jargon, when you burn more calories that you take in, your weight will drop. What diet have you been doing? And let's be honest (it's the web, you're anonymous, nobody will know!)... Have you been keeping your diet to the letter, or are you sneaking in foods when nobody is looking? That tends to be a common problem with "losers" :).
