Hi everyone! I need some quick advice on diets. I want to lose ten pounds. I looked around the internet and founds diets that advertise losing ten pounds in ten days. I don't think I will have the discipline for that, and I am sure they are all about not eating anything at all! How else could you possible do that? What would be a good way to lose ten pounds? How would you do it?

If you are open to any ideas, my first suggestion would be to cut out all snacks. No snacks at all. No sugar at all, except natural sugars found in fruits. When you feel really snacky, do not give in and drink a large glass of water in one go instead. That will go a long way. Also, lessen the quantities of food you consume at meal time, and really chew each bite well.
