I reckon you would have to undergo one of those low fat fad diets where you eat three times a day, very minimal meals. These diets are stressful for the organism but you may lose 10 pounds in 20 days but you will probably gain it back as soon as you start eating normally again. I did it once and the pounds were back in no time and I was actually going for the permanent weight loss-yeah right! Anyway, be careful about going off the diet! Good luck!
