Anyone else in the same situation?

I am trying to lose weight in a consistent matter, and fast and free. Looking around the web, I can see that there are quite a few free programs and it is tricky to know which one to pick. If you have been in this situation before and chose a program, would you share which one you went with and why?

And please don't come up with programs that you have to pay for, as I can't afford that. Thanks!

I find SparkPeople to be so beneficial! It allows you to keep track of your food and fitness goals, it's completely free and you get a whole community of people who have similar goals, so that you can stay motivated and exchange experiences. I lost about six pounds using SpeakPeople when I was good about it. Now I have let myself go again, mainly due to too much work and no time to worry about dieting. Let me know if you do join!
