The bleeding is from the torn hymen! Hopefully it is not full on bleeding and just spotting! This should disappear in a 2 days! So keep the area clean OK?
it does bleed heavy but then it calms down afterwards, wot do i need to use to keep that area clean
Soap and water! Also when you have sex it increases progesterone - sex hormone - which CAN cause vaginal bleeding! I hope you used protection! Because IF you didn't, this cOULD be a sign of an STI!!!!

Sometimes - depending if there was enough lubrication or not you could have had irritation from the friction! It is isn't like the movies or videos, pain can last for several days! So just wait a few more days, you should be fine! IF the pain continues say past Wednesday then I would like you to get checked by a doctor! BUT I think you will be fine! Good luck and health!

It depends! I know thats a weird reply, BUT when you have sex, your male and sex hormones increase, so somtimes it can have either effect - cause vaginal bleeding or just delay it for a little while! Thus the reason why doctors tell pregnant women - who are late - to have sex, it causes contractions! When someone is worried about being pregnant, it CAN delay a period, but that all depends on how stressed you are, and also how long you have been on your periods!
