I am a 12 year old male, and weigh 118, at 5ft, I know it's not really way overboard, and that getting taller will help me some, but I also feel I should exercise some as well to help, I want to lose at least 5-10 pounds by 2 months, at the moment my day is:
Go to school
Get home from school, play World of Warcraft some
Play basketball at the park and go to the park if it's nice out
Type on comp
Go to bed
(Not including eating or brushing or anything)

If I drank water mostly (I used to only drink soda) would this work out well? With the basketball thing and switching around classes, is 2 months losing 10 pounds to much to expect?

well seeing that you are not tall adn hardly over weight, you shouldnt be that worried but if you wanna loose 5-10 pouns in 2 months you better be prepared to work... you will not work out becasue it stunts your growth you should be doing intrival training which is running... if you ahve a place to run like a park or so run there but where haevy clsoes on bad weather dasy such as hot days and jog for five minutes take a 5 minute rest then sprint for 45 seconds then when done with that walk it off for 5 minutes and then watch what you eat and repeat daily and all that should be off in about a month but it will be tough. i have dont this before i am a gymnist and it is very tough but you jsut have to push yourself to do these things
