Hello. Here are a list of things that are wrong with me that I'm beginning to think are connected;

1. Backache throughout my back. Kind of tightness.
2. Mild stress incontinence, or similar.
3. Sometimes when it's hot and I'm walking my legs feel weird and tingly, a bit like I've got beads of cold water on my legs - but I'm not sweating.
4. Recently (past couple of days) my left testicle has had a dull ache to it, but I think that might be something irrelevant.

So, is there any possible link? If so what could it be? I've had 1-3 for about 3 years and they all started roughly the same time I think. I'm 20 years old.

Thanks!

Problems with the lower back and legs are normally Sciatica - I know, I have that. It's not an old people problem, I'm female and 23.

It comes in varying degrees and can also cause slight or total incontinace depending on the nerve damage and of what area. Most people don't notice the problems until they start getting worse and tend to try to "walk it off" or ignore it.

It can cause numbness, tingling and shooting pain (in any combination) from lower back down abdomen, genital areas and down legs. If it causes any kind of incontinance then you need to speak to a doctor so they can help you with any possible nerve damage.

It's not as scary as it sounds, and normally physicotherapy and massage can help untrap nerves and help shift the pain and numbness. Painkillers are also helpful during the worse times.

Best bet is to speak to your doctor about your back and legs, theres a good chance they'll then ask you about any numbness or aches with genitals or incontinance once they hear about the other symptoms - it's easier that way, as you can stare at the floor and nod! XD

Good Luck, go talk to them and all will be fine, they'll most likely give you some exercises to see if that helps ease it up.

Erm, both of those posts were from me, I decided to sign up because my session was timed out, didn't realise it'd still posted it.
