low count semen and thick white semen problem

The color and density doesn’t matter.  Shortly after ejaculation semen becomes clear and watery.

For the sperm count, eat a healty diet, lay off alcohol or any drugs, and do your best to keep your testicles cool – as in wear boxers.  Don’t put a laptop on your lap – the heat damages the sperm.

Your doctor can give you more advice.
