I had a flu, possibly withdrawal from drug use, completely clean now, no throat pain when I had this "flu" so I doubt it was a flu but just withdrawal, now I feel kind of semi-weak, low fever (Like enough to barely have a headache maybe 100-ish. Swollen right tonsil that's not really getting better, not severely swollen but I want to know what I have, I'm in great shape, was in the Marines, used to work out all the time, never smoked a cigarette in my life. These were the previous feelings I had.
Now, I feel chest pain (Slight), I coughed up bloody mucus this morning, like half a mouthful of it, low fever, and my right tonsil is getting smaller from the looks of it, with less tonsil pain, but now I'm getting this weird chest pain.

hey there it could be a chest cold or could be a type of pneumonia if its really bad. do you have a fever? have you been to any doctors recently?
