i gave birth to my son 3 months ago but recently i've been feelin some pain on my lower abdomen its like a mild pain not like cramp pains its like cramp pain but a little lighter u dont know if associated with the after birth process but i dont know cause is been three months since i gave birth and now this pain is coming on and off.and im only 21
