I've had a lump above my left testicle for going on 3 years. Mine started off as a lump above my scrotum then moved down to above my left testicle. Its not always painful but is sore majority of the time. It started off small but now it is about the size off a golf ball. When I wake up in the morning it is gone but within about 2 hours of waking up it appears above my left testicle. Sometimes it will not even show during the day, but if I do not have the lump above my testicle I have a very strong discomfort/pain under my chest it is mostly in the top of my stomach, but this is only when I do not have the lump above my testicle. Upon examing myself I can feel all the way around my testicle, but have a soft sometimes hard lump above my testicle. This lump feels like fluid which I think would be semen so I haven't though about this that often because I figured it would slowly go down. But it is now starting to effect my sex life and I need to know what I'm gonna get myself into when I go to the doctor.

O.k. do for about 20 year's now i have In both my right and left testicle, calcium deposits which are now about the size of a quarter. Lately after ejaculation there's pain in my testicles and lower abdomen. Other than surgery is there anything i can take (like a vitamin) to reduce in size or make go away completely? I'm worried because i have no insurance and don't make enough to pay for surgery or doctor's visits.

I have only read the first few posts and need to point this out... It's called an epididymis which is attached to your testicles. Epidermis is your skin, covering your entire body. Is everybody taking about the same thing??

I've had similar lumps in the epididymis. I had a vasectomy done in my early 40's. If you are thinking about having one done think twice. When I'm working and lift heavy my epidermis gets swollen and I usually have to ice it. I'm 65 now. I was looking for solutions and found a post online from a guy who said he would squeeze the lump between his thumb and finger holding pressure for 15 or 20 minutes. Sounds like fun, right? I decided to try it, it doesn't feel good but gradually the pain and the lump will go away. In my case the lumps will start to return in a couple of weeks and I'll squeeze them out again. I been doing it for several months now. I'm speculating with vas cut the sperm stagnants in the epidermis.
