Hi I am Harry and I’m 14 year old, for about the last two years now I’ve had a small lump inside my right tactical. It is situated at the very bottom of the right tactical and is not visible at all. It causes no paint what so ever, but does cause a slight discomfort if any pressure is applied to it.
I have been to see a Doctor about this problem 2 years ago, and he said there’s honestly nothing wrong with them as far as he could see, but I know for a fact that sometimes Doctors get it wrong.
It does not hurt when I urinate, has not changed colour and has not swelled. (Although my left tactical is naturally bigger than my right)
I’m due for another check up this week and this time I am going to actually show him where it is, because before he said "If there are any unusual lumps, ill find them" yet he failed to find the one I am concerned about.
What is wrong with me? Is it cancerous? Could it kill me?
Please could anyone get back to me as soon as possible. Thank You.

Great news, I went to my Doctor and she had a feel around, and told me that what Im feeling is called the Spermatic Tube, and is the tube that the seamen flows through to get to the penis.
The only reason I could not feel it in my left testical is because my left is naturaly a diffrent shape to my right, therefore I could not feel it!
