Hi, ive had a lump in my scrotum for about 2 years now, it hasnt got any bigger or any smaller and doesnt hurt, its on on a testicle but sepertae, its near the left testicle but not directly on it

Is this something to worry about, it is around the size of a pea, maybe abit less.

any help needed
