For about a year I've had a lump above my right testicle that goes away when I'm laying down or swimming, but comes back within a few minutes of sitting up or standing. Every now and then I'll get a dull pain that may last for a few seconds to a couple minutes, but it's rare and I have no problem exercising.
From what I've read and seen, Sports Hernia fits the description best, but at the same time I doubt that's what I have. Does anybody have an idea of what this is.

i have this same problem. Mine was diagnosed as an epididymal cyst, but consult with your doctor to get a definitive answer!
