I have had a cyst like lump on my back just below my neck slightly to the left for 2 years. For the past month it has been hurting and became bigger. Today it feels softer and more painful with swelling surrounding the area and into my left trap down my shoulder. Can anyone tell me what this is or could be. Thank You
