Noticed in the shower yesterday a lump on my left teste. It seems like it's separate from my teste. It's not circular. It's on the bottom of my scrotum when in standing position. There is a dull pain in the scrotum and in my groin area. I had a vasectomy 4 yrs ago.

Its usually a good sign if the lump is separate from the testicle itself, as cancers usually grow on the testicle itself. After a vasectomy, since the exit tubes are cut and blocked off to stop all sperm from leaving your body during sex, the sperm leak into the scrotum and are trapped inside your scrotum. This could be trapped sperm inside your scrotum. Or it could be a cyst on the scrotal skin or on the inner sacks of fluids cushioning your testicles and allowing them to slide easily inside your scrotum. I'd have a Dr. take a look to be sure its OK and nothing needing medical care
