Well this is awkward...
Last night, I noticed a very hard lump on my penis shaft. This isn't exactly new since this had happened once before, but I'm a little worried now. The last time it happened, a white, rock hard substance tore through the shaft skin and just came out a few days after I noticed the bump. It was extremely painful.
This is the same thing in the same spot. What is going on? What is this? How can I stop it?
