lump on scrotum, it is very small and doesn't cause any pain

hi... im16 for 2 months 17....      i got a lymp on my scortum its very small

somthing like 15months ago i had a hair under skin. of scortum...i tried to get it out with a neddle  but it got infected i think... its was with pus and i could see the hair under the skin with the puss so i did the same thing trying to get it out and finally i did it....      

now the lymp isnt attached and dont comes from testicle... is it cancer? i belive not becouse  i read that testicula cancer is when lymp comes or is attached to testicle.... now lets pretend that i didnt poked the skin and the lymp  just got there.... is it cancer? its very small... no pain    dont comes from testicle and isnt attached to it.....
