I am a virgin (which is relevent to this situation) and 1 day I was masturbating then suddenly there was a sharp pain on the right side of my penis about half of an inch from the base. I looked at where the pain appeared from and there was a small lump about half the size of diluted pupil. I was then shaving down there and appeared to have cut it slightly and it turned into a small pimple like object with a red top. It has since began to slowly fade and I have been applying anti septic cream and 1% hyrdocortisone to it.
Is there anything I should be worried about? Has this happened to anyone else? Please respond as I am slightly concerned.
