hi i'm 14 and i have a very small bump on the top of my right testicle, that is sometimes tender and i have had accasional groin aches.
also i had a physical about a mount ago and i went to the doctor 2-3 weeks ago for simalar groin pain. it was never metioned.
any ideas what it is
