I have a close relative that is being treated for prostate cancer which has spread to his lymphnodes. What is his life expectancy both if the lymph node cancer is controlled and if it spreads?

Lymph nodes are very important part of our immune system. When the lymph nodes get cancer this condition is than called lymphoma of Hodgkin’s disease which is more a form of a lymphoma. This is a rare form of the cancer of the lymph nodes. Can you tell us more about his treatment? The fact that the cancer is spreading is not giving him a good chances. You have to know that the spread of cancer is one worst things when a person has a cancer. Has he been on radiation therapy or chemotherapy? I know that chemotherapy helps with spreading of the cancer. I hope that this helped you in any way.
