Hi, certainly you need to work on it. If there is some place where you can get cooked meal at work it would be great. If not, don’t take only sandwiches and pizzas, try to get some ordered cooked food like Chinese or some salads. Breakfast is the most important meal, keep this in mind when you decide to skip it in the morning since you are over weight. Snacks are bad if they are just calories and if they are not providing you some other important nutrients like vitamins, minerals. There are many calcium rich, whole grain snacks available these days.
