When i was around i had noticed a knot on my nipples and i wasn't worried until they got pretty big and its been a year now and one of my nipples recently returned to a natural nip and my right one still has a knot but ive noticed its gotten smaller and when im cold you cant even tell. I hope it just goes away like it did to my left nipple

Thank you so much I was so worried but u litterly saved me I'm a 14 year old boy who has an enlarge nipple that hurts and I was worried when breast cancer popped up but idk that it was normal
