Mass on left testicle, enlarged "vein" and tinglin

Hi guys i seem to have a lump on the left side of the sack and the doc said it was a swollen vain it is a annoying pain that doesn't want to leave in on meds but the pain is still there any suggestions

get tested for HSV1 especially, maybe HSV2.

Most men are prone to develop enlarged veins on the left testicle (referred to as "bag of worms"). In medical school we learned that this is because the left testicular vein drains into the left renal(kidney) vein as opposed to the right testicular vein which drains into the Inferior vena cava(IVC). Since the left testicular vein does not directly drain into the IVC, if there is a blockage in the left rena(kidney)l vein it can lead to enlarged left testicular veins. Thats the best I can do as I am only 4 months into medical school.

well ive got the same problem as described by many here, refuse to go to my doctor as he is a male and i dont want him probing my junk, but ithought id throw in my 2 cents. Iwas doing some reading a while back on plastics and health problems they cause and believe it or not testicular problems some since birth are caused by consuming things that the hardening agent from plastic has leached out of the packaging or bottle etc. I guess where im going with this is doctors are in the pockets of pharmasutical companies if they cant sell you a drug to fix it they dont wanna help in many cases. Also lets face it the government wouldnt want to admit its health department allows us to consume poisons in the form of pesticides preservatives and hardnening agents that leech from plastics into our food and beverages but condemn things like weed. Hell my doctor wouldnt even lance a huge cyst sprouting from my ear canal behind the ear but hed try to sell me anti-depressant (well prescribe lol). Not saying thaat i know this is the cause of the issue that myself and the rest of the people posting here are experiencing, but i would not doubt it due to the lack of concern in the medical professions many are experiencing. This isnt the article i found originally but it has alot of the content, ive had the issue for a few years myself and get bad abdominal pain and pain combined with numbness in my left testis, as well as tingling and pain in my left leg when it acts up right down to the knee. Im 28 years old, most people seeming to be affect by these symptoms from what ive found online seem to have been born from the mid 70's on around the same time plastic started getting popular for manufacturers as packaging etc. Again i dont know that im right, but take the time to look over imformation regarding this youreselves, cause youre doctor sure as hell wont mention it to you.

i have had enlarged veins on my left testical for 10 years. When i was 12 my sister hit me on the top of the left testical with a stick when i was asleep and the veins got larger and larger as i got older. Obviously i didn't want to tell my local doctor what happened or my mum at the time but it's been so long i know it's not cancer.

My main worry is if it could make me infertile because i have left it so long.

I believe it's torsion that most of us are describing. the twisting causes the the testicle to lose strength by getting less blood etc, less blood flow to the penis, etc. the blood has to pump harder therefore the veins get larger yet the blood never gets pushed through like a clogged garden hose. of course other c**p is happpening aside from the physical, the body is changing chemically due to the c**p in the pills it's affecting hormones and prostate. i cant believe some people take more drugs knowing that drugs (propecia) is what got them here in the first place.

now for some solutions, chiropractic care is great for providing more blood to the areas. homeopathic care to detox the body from all the drugs youve taken in your body including propecia. drink LOTS of water and get LOTS of sleep, dont take sleeping pills. do yoga it helps with blood flow, but dont lift heavy weights etc at the gym and dont over exert.

yes they say your balls will die if you get torsion, i think that's BS.

unless a dead ball looks like a live ball, it's smaller but it's not dead.
