Same here. I masturbat once a week. Everytime the pimple almost comes off my face, then I masturbat. Face ruined. This drive me crazy. There is no way for me to get rid of it except stop masturbating. 

I also masturbate & get acne on my forehead....But the question is how much time will it take to get a complete clear skin...I can't hold masturbatio much longer...

I am not sure if this is purely coincidental but I've refrained myself from ejaculating for three weeks and my acne is almost (90%) completely gone. I still masturbate often but always make sure stop myself before hitting the point of no return. Yes it does get easier with time to control yourself but the first few days will be tough indeed.

It's a coincidence. Masturbation DOES NOT cause pimples. (I don't know if this helps, but I masturbate ALL THE TIME and I don't get very many pimples at all.)

I think you are one of the lucky ones mate. Everybody is different and I've literally only changed one thing in the past month, no ejaculation whatsoever. I mean there must be a connection as my face hasn't been this clear for years. I've literally had no new acne in the past 23 days. My last breakout happened about 3 days after my last orgasm. NO WAY that is a coincedence...

Your reasoning actually makes sense. I noticed when I masturbated with soap I got some blackish pimples. When I used baby oil, my skin got more oily. They looked different with lubes. And it was worst with spit.

Anyway, yes masturbation does cause acne. Many people I know break out when they masturbate, and it's quite annoying. I started masturbating almost daily when I was 13 and ever since then I have noticed pimples all over my face, back, and sometimes shoulders. Whenever I stop masturbating for a while, my skin starts getting clear again and pimples fade. But when I do masturbate, even WITHOUT ejaculation, I get a few pimples on my forehead. I don't get acne when I have sex or wet dreams though.

What I usually do to reduce acne is wash my face thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap (I used dettol) for at least 5 minutes, twice a day. Then I'd wash my face with warm water followed by cold water. It helped better than any acne face wash I've used.

Can i ask a question ... If acne is caused by masturbation....Why it is not affecting the prostitution womens ????... I hope they will also masturbate

yeah you are right JERRYCAST. same problem is with me too. i do get those ugly acnes whenever i try to masturbate. i once talked to a certified doctor about all this. he told me that masturbating do cause acne. he also told me that the best way to reduce the intensity of those pimples is to drink a lot of water after cumming. he said there are various toxins produced in the body after that sh*t. drinking water make them solubilise so that they can easily b removed through urine. he warned me that i shouldn't pass urine soon after masturbating as the ph of urine and cum are different- one is acidic and 1 is basic.. at least after 1 hour i should pass the urine. after following these steps i noticed that really it works and now i didn't find that much acne. he also told that getting acne is a skin problem and i should consult a skin physician. oily skin is the main reason for this. after getting a treatment the acne problem can be fully resolved.

Actually, it's probably not the masturbation alone that causes acne, it's all the nutrients you lose every time you do it.

So pretty much, we have zinc and other minerals and vitamins in our semen, so if we do the act daily, we are losing nutrients daily and not giving our bodies enough time to recoup.
