menopausal and look 9 months pregnant

Hi everyone

I had a hysterctomy with ovary removal 6 years ago due to a large ovarian tumor which thankfully was benign, now over the last few month my abdomin has swollen to the size i was when i was 9 months pregnant, i am also constantly tired to the point of exhaustion and also feel sick constantly have got a gp appointment but the the thing is am terrrifed the tumor has returned, my mother passed away at 47 with ovarian cancer and it does run through the family, i am 44 years old any one any ideas.
