I have been on a diet for 3 months now and I have lost a great deal of weight now. However, I need to lose some more and but the thing is-I can’t. I have been on the same diet for the last month and I haven’t managed to lose a pound. As if I have reached my limit. What can I do to boost my metabolism again?

You didn’t mention what kind of diet you were on but it seems obvious that your body got used to the pattern you were on for the last three months. Your metabolism could have slowed down because you have been eating the same stuff for too long and it accepted it as normal. What you need is to wake up your metabolism by eating three days the food you are eating now and three days you need to eat less than that. That way, your metabolism may start working again and you may lose some more weight. Good luck!
